When I turn on the hot water in my bathroom very little water comes out. I have to turn it so much more than the cold. When I do turn it all the way the water blasts but really cold. It takes FOREVER for it to even warm up. Then it’s too way too hot and I can’t seem to get the right mixture of the two temps since their controls are so different.

What could be causing this? What can fix it? What parts do I need?

How to fix a leaking bathroom faucet?

Maybe I shouldn’t attempt this… any advice would be appreciated. I have a faucet that constantly runs… not leaks, but actually runs (not full blast, but significantly). It stops when I turn off the hot water under the sink. No problem with the cold water. Right now the cold water is on under the sink and there is no dripping or running when the tap is turned off. The faucet has one handle for both hot and cold.

Is this something I can fix or do I have to get a plumber? I am a mom with limited tools and absolutely no experience with plumbing.

How do you fix a bathroom faucet from dripping?

The brand is Glacier Bay, the faucet is advertised as dripless, yet the hot water drips. I do not see where you can replace the washer or if I even have access to it without replqacing the whole faucet, Anyone ever have this problem?
This is a 2-handle bathroom faucet, there are no screws on any part of the handles.

Trying to fix bathroom faucet and screwed up. Need help asap!?

I was trying to fix a leaky faucet and I unscrewed the wrong part I guess. On the hot water side, I broke the collar on the faucet. I was trying to unscrew the collar and it fell in the wall and I can’t get it out. I can feel a PVC pipe in the wall. What part do I need to fit into the pvc pipe to began repairing it?

How do I fix a bathroom sink faucet that screams when the water is running?

My bathroom sink has a double faucet. The cold water faucet has no problem but when the hot water faucet is turned on it shrieks. This doesn’t happen when you turn the faucet but rather when the water is running. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks for your help.

No cold water from bathroom faucet?

I have a single handle faucet in the bathroom tub and there is no cold water coming out of it. How do I fix this? Is the cold water pipe clogged? or there’s something wrong with the cartrige?
It is a MOEN one handler tub and shower faucet which hasn’t been used for a long time. when the single lever handle’s turned to cold, there is no cold water. There’s no problem with hot water. We have hard water. Not sure if the mineral deposits clog the cartrige or cold water pipe?

Something in our cold water tub faucet assembly wore out and now the faucet is spinning 360 degrees.?

Something in our cold water tub faucet assembly wore out and now the faucet is spinning 360 degrees. It still works, but you never know the best place to stop when shutting off the water. What is even more odd, is that it seems that the hot water is going much, much faster; after about 10 minutes the water cools off considerably.

We have a two wall-mount faucets and a stopper in the spout. To remove the faucet I simple turned the entire assembly counterclockwise. Since the left (hot) faucet works fine, I haven’t touched it.

Now, I am left looking at a closeup of what I believe to be the stem. In the past, I have removed this and replaced the washer or O-ring in the back, but that was always to replace a faucet that couldn’t stop the flow of water.
