I want to change out my bathroom sink faucet. It has two twist handles 12" apart. When I check out the faucets at homedepot website, all I see are 8" widespread models. Is that going to fit my sink? Is 8" the max?
Also, If I get a new one with lever handles instead of twist handles, will it make any difference in installation?

I saw this awesome bathroom sink faucet on HGTV’s "I Want That!" show. It was a centerset style that would be for a 4" spread… it had a high round neck that looked like a normal faucet but you could pull on the area where the water comes out and there was a hose built into the neck so you could use it like a sprayer! I believe this is meant for a bathroom and not like a laundry tub sink because you can’t even tell there’s a hose there unless someone told you. Anyway, I’m trying to find out what brands sell something like this. I’ve looked at Moen and Delta and haven’t found it so far. Does anyone know a brand that sells something like this?

Hello, I have a question about contractors "quote"
We are remodeling our whole house; We are talking about 53.000 dollars on materials, and around 17.000 on labor
According to the contractor quote it is going to be 692 hours of labor; We don’t understand about construction, so don’t question it; What we question is that he charges different hourly rates for different parts and doesn’t seem correct.
For most of it he is charging a hour, but for somethings he is charging more
example:
item 10: 3 water closets, foor-mounted, tank type, each 0 – hours of work needed 10, labor charge 300
or to install the bathroom sink faucet is going to take 4 hours at each
I am not sure if it is correct to charge different labor prices for different parts of the project. the minimal he is charging is 25 an hour and the max is 30 (hourly rate).
Is it common? We are confused and want to make good use of our money
