No, you do not need to tear down the wall. Inside the faucet is a washer you need to change. There should be a nut between where you removed the handle and where you unscrewed the faucet from the wall. Remove that nut, then replace the handle and turn it counter-clockwise until the stem comes out of the faucet. On the end of the stem, held by a small screw, should be a rubbery washer. You need to remove it and replace it with another of the correct size and shape.

You have to change the bushings
It isn’t a matter of tightening the handles… Those screws just hold the handles on. Every faucet has a rubber-like gasket that seals the flow of water when you turn the handle off. To replace it, take the handle off, then remove the screw that’s just inside the faucet assembly. Remove the metal assembly that the screw holds in place. The gasket is part of that assembly. Reverse the directions to reassemble the faucet.
P.S. Don’t forget to turn the water off at the main valve (where it enters your house) before you attempt this!
change the rubber bushings and feel the seat to make sure its smooth if not youll have to go to hardware store and replace the seats cost about 20 bucks most of the time its the rubber bushing
